Background in music (formal training to degree level then peripatetic brass teacher), education (primary teacher)
and IT (consultancy in schools, freelance journalist for ICT schools magazines and eleven or so years with an
assistive technology company doing many jobs, often simultaneously, including writing documentation,
programming and design and website creation and management. Ultimately a department manager before stopping
in 2002 to have babies.)
Where I've lived
Currently in the High Peak region of Derbyshire and North Wales. Previously South Wales, Cheshire, Sweden,
Hampshire, Greater Manchester, Dorset and Northumberland.

Some travels.
Where would I like to go?
Anywhere with the family. Children seem desperate to fly!
